This template is used to insert descriptions on template pages.
Usage
On the template page
Add the following at the end of the template page. Note, that first <noinclude> tag goes right after the last character of the template code:

On the template/doc page
After adding {{Documentation}} to the template page, use [create] link in the "Documentation" block to create nice documentation subpage layout. The code is preloaded from Template:Documentation/preload.
