It is not possible to capture NW?-25-1 without glitches.
Lagsplosion method
Using a lagsplosion in NW?-26 to break one of the unbreakable walls surrounding the rope in that level can allow you to reach the otherwise unreachable section of NW?-25 containing NW?-25-1, allowing you to capture it. However, lagsplosions have been patched since 1.0.10, and are not possible anymore.
