E-8 is the eighth level in the Forgotten Bunburrow. It contains only one bunny, E-8-1, and can be accessed from E-7, C-8, and E-9.

Invisible bunny

E-8 is the only level in the game with an invisible bunny, E-8-1. It behaves the same way as any other bunny, but its body is invisible, leading most players to believe that there is no bunny on this level at first. The bunny's initial position in the level is at 1 tile from the left of the level and 1 tile from the top of the level, with the top-left corner being (0, 0)(1, 1).

Entering E-9

To enter E-9, the player must break open a wall in this level by digging onto it from above. This is most easily done by breaking the wall at 7 tiles from the left of the level and 4 tiles from the top of the level, with the top-left corner being (0, 0)(7, 4) in E-7 with a pickaxe, then using a shovel on that tile to break the pillar at that position in this level, allowing a hole to be dug in this level to progress to E-9.

Home capture

E-8-1 has one home capture solution with two variations involving digging into the level on the left edge by the left pillar.

• Starting in C-5, dig to the edge of the level at 8 tiles from the left of the level and 0 tiles from the top of the level(8, 0) using the pickaxes.
• Dig clockwise around the edge of the level, replenishing your pickaxes by briefly visiting neighboring levels until you reach either 14 tiles from the left of the level and 5 tiles from the top of the level, with the top-left corner being (0, 0)(14, 5) or 14 tiles from the left of the level and 7 tiles from the top of the level, with the top-left corner being (0, 0)(14, 7) in C-5.
• Enter E-5 and dig down with shovels on the left edge until you dig into E-8 at either 0 tiles from the left of the level and 5 tiles from the top of the level(0, 5) or 0 tiles from the left of the level and 7 tiles from the top of the level(0, 7).
• Chase E-8-1 into C-8 through the gap in the wall you created.
• Follow E-8-1 back into E-8, exiting C-8 at 14 tiles from the left of the level and 6 tiles from the top of the level, with the top-left corner being (0, 0)(14, 6), capturing the bunny at 0 tiles from the left of the level and 6 tiles from the top of the level(0, 6) using the pillar as a dead end.
